The Project Story:
My relationship with Don Palabra began in 2009 as the producer of their first EP, "Basta." The creative connection was so strong that for their next album, "Elemental" (2011), I fully joined the band not only as a producer but also as a composer and performer. This new stage, driven by focused management and production, led us to achieve major milestones. We won a spot at the Hard Rock Rising festival, and thanks to that momentum, we were selected as one of the six national guest bands to perform at the prestigious Rock al Parque 2012 festival. This success opened international doors, leading us to play at the Talento Crudo festival in Santiago de Chile (2013).

Role: Producer, Engineer, and Session Musician
The Project Story:
I had the honor of collaborating closely with the master Zully Murillo, one of the most important voices of Colombian Pacific music. My involvement in her 2016 album, "Son de Amores", was integral, serving as a music producer, recording engineer, and session musician. Beyond the technical production, I contributed artistically by performing a variety of instruments that helped shape the album's sound. I recorded drums and percussion on songs like "Cuando te vi llegar" and "Día de fiesta," the ukulele on "Lindo que es Amar," and backing vocals on "Pero vivo estoy." This fruitful relationship extended beyond the studio, leading me to accompany her on stage at the prestigious Petronio Álvarez Festival in 2017.

Project: Methods of Mayhem Album (2010)
The Project Story:
My participation in the album of Tommy Lee (drummer of Mötley Crüe) was the result of a worldwide creative call where musicians from all over the planet submitted their ideas. My percussion and vocal contributions were selected to be included in the songs "Talk Me Off the Ledge" and "The Fight Song." For the latter, I invited the talented singer Lida Villamarín to collaborate on a vocal fragment.

Project: "Currulao" Short Film (Award-Winning) | Festival: Somos Afro 2015
Role: Sound Design and Musicalization
The Project Story:
My work on the short film "Currulao" was to build the entire sound universe that accompanies and enhances the visual narrative. As the sound designer and musicalization lead, my job was to create a soundtrack and an atmosphere that would immerse the viewer in the culture and the story being told. The short film was awarded third place at the prestigious "Somos Afro 2015 Latino América" short film festival.
